Two text files are compared and displayed on the left and right to clearly show the differences.
You can edit while comparing the differences.
*Available in the paid version. The free version can be run only once a day.
●How to compare files that are already open
Tap the tab and execute "Compare" from the menu.
Select a partner from the "Files to be Compared" displayed, or execute "Open..." and select it on the screen.
●How to select new files to compare
In the filer, execute "Compare" in the long-press menu of the file and continue to select the other file in the "Select Files to Compare" screen.
Or, in the filer, select "Select", choose a file, and tap "Compare" below.
If two files are selected, you will be taken directly to the editor's comparison screen.
If you have selected one file, continue to select the other file in the "Select Files to Compare" screen.
In the case of "FTP", you can select both local and remote files at the same time.
The target file is displayed on the left and right.
A map bar allows you to keep track of the difference lines and scroll through them.
A comparison bar with functions such as interlocking jumps to different blocks and aligning different blocks is displayed.
The vertical display is not available.

It will be a single tab with the file names displayed on the left and right. If it is the current tab, you can exit the comparison by pressing the "X" button. Tap to display a menu where you can perform the following functions. ●Save file on the left ●Save file on the right ●Save Both Files ●Swap Panes ●Quit Comparison |

Difference |
Areas that differ from the opposing side If the other side is an additional point, a vertical line is clearly indicated. |
Additions | A part that is unique to this side. |
Difference Line |
A line that differs from the other side. A line with a differing or additional portion. |
Delete Line |
A line that corresponds to a line that is only on the other side. There is no actual text, just an indication. The other side will be the difference line. |
Difference Block |
Difference lines, deletion lines, and their contiguous parts. The area where the cursor is is framed as the current difference block. |
Map Bar |
It clearly indicates where the different blocks are located in the entire file. It also shows where the differences are currently displayed on the editing screen. Tap to change the displayed area. Drag to scroll. Scroll by dragging. |
The comparison screen adds a Compare bar.
Otherwise, it is the same as the normal editor screen.
Compare Options |
A menu will be displayed to specify options for the following comparisons ●Case Sensitive Specifies whether or not to distinguish the case of English letters (one-byte alphabetic characters). ●Ignore Space Specifies whether or not to ignore spaces and tabs. ●Whole Word Specifies whether to compare words or characters. ●Linked Scrolls Specifies whether to scroll up, down, left, or right in tandem. ●No Wrap Specify whether to leave "Wrap" in "App Settings" on the comparison screen or not wrap on the comparison screen. |
